Are you looking for a flexible and developing part-time job alongside your studies and have experience in the recruitment and consulting industry? In this role, you will have a strong focus on working towards the Skåne region, and we therefore see that you live in the Malmö area and have the ability to travel to our clients within the region. You will collaborate with colleagues at the head office in Stockholm, and even though you primarily focus on our clients in southern Sweden, you will also support other regions as needed.

Start: mid-August Our team We are currently a sales and delivery team of 11 people who work closely with each other, our clients, and candidates. As we are in an expansive phase, we are now strengthening our delivery side, which you will also be a part of.

At EdZa, we offer great flexibility in how you shape your working hours. However, we see that you are willing to work 1-2 times a week based on need and opportunity. If it suits you best to combine your studies and work with half-days, that is also possible. Since you reside in the Malmö area and our head office is based in Stockholm, you will work remotely/from home and visit clients as needed.

You will receive introduction and onboarding both remotely and on-site. We expect you to make a site visit to Stockholm during one of the introduction days.

About the role As a recruitment coordinator, you will be an important player in many of our processes. You will work with both EdZa and ambition:x, which are our two brands with different focuses. EdZa works with services/projects within technology and IT, while ambition:x works with services in sales, finance, administration, HR, and communication. You will, among other things:

• Help design good and appealing job advertisements
• Candidate selection
• Search
• Phone interviews
• Reference checks
• Help create content for our social media
• Provide ideas and development suggestions

These are the tasks we see initially, and as you get into the work, we also see that you will be able to take on greater responsibility and a larger part of our processes, as long as you feel you have the time and space.

Who are you?

• Studying HR/behavioral science or another relevant field
• You have previous experience in recruitment, preferably within IT/tech
• Ideally, you have 1-2 years left until graduation
• Communicate fluently in Swedish and English

You are a curious and fearless person who takes on tasks regardless of whether you have tried them before or if they are new to you. To fit into the team, we also believe you have a results-oriented side and enjoy a fast-paced work environment.

About Ed:za We are a recruitment and consulting company aiming to be innovative and flexible regarding our clients' needs to get things done while solving their challenges in finding the right skills. We do this by offering services and solutions that deliver on specific projects and needs. We offer a hybrid workplace, which means you have the opportunity to work from our lovely office located in central Stockholm and from home. However, we expect you to work from the office at least once a week.
