We are now looking for a Senior Training Coordinator tasked with ensuring that our practice patients and training environments align with the digital training materials – a crucial piece in a new healthcare system that will transform care for 38,000 users.

As a training coordinator, you will be the hub of the work to:

• Harmonize training content with practice patients in a realistic training environment

• Identify and resolve gaps in the training flows

• Coordinate and follow up a small team working on the configuration of test patients

• Collaborate with clinically knowledgeable resources to update and ensure the quality of the materials

You are a communicative, structured, and solution-oriented leader with a strong analytical ability and a sense of pedagogy. You thrive in dynamic environments with many points of contact and are passionate about making complex contexts understandable.

We would like you to have:

• Experience from large projects and coordination between multiple stakeholders

• The ability to plan and lead smaller teams

• A pedagogical flair and service mindset

• Experience working with large data sets, preferably in Excel or database environments

• A proactive and structured work style

It is an additional merit if you also have:

• Worked with digital training materials

• System technical understanding of training domains and test patients

• Pedagogical education or experience in learning

• Previous experience from the public sector
