Junior IT Technician

As a junior IT technician at our client in Gothenburg, you will have the opportunity to combine technical problem-solving with user support!

As a junior IT technician on assignment in Gothenburg, you will travel to the client's operations to solve technical challenges together with an experienced colleague and ensure the operation of their IT environment. You will work with Linux and hardware, continuing to build your practical experience and develop your skills in IT in a stimulating and supportive environment. This is a consulting assignment where you will initially be employed by us at Ada Digital and leased as a consultant to the client, with the possibility of permanent employment in the future!

This is what you will do with us

• Handle incoming IT incidents and problems.
• Support the client's operations, users, and their IT solutions.
• Collaborate with a senior technician during installations, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Ensure that the client's technical needs are met with high quality.
• Work with Linux and hardware, among other things.

Your team and workplace

You will be placed at our client in Gothenburg and work closely with an experienced technician. The assignment involves travel to the client's various locations, where you will contribute to maintaining and improving their IT environment. Here you will have the opportunity to combine independent work with close teamwork.

More about you

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, technically curious, and enjoys working hands-on with IT equipment and support. We prefer that you have knowledge of Linux and hardware. Collaborating and solving problems comes naturally to you, and you enjoy meeting people and understanding their technical needs.
