We currently have a young man in Vellinge municipality who is looking for someone to be his companion.

If you are creative and enjoy coming up with activities and can motivate, you are the right person.

If you are between 20 - 30 years old, it is an advantage as the client prefers a younger person.

DESCRIPTION OF THE ACTIVITY

Are you passionate about working with people? Do you want to work with individuals who, due to disabilities, need extra support in their daily lives? Then you might be the one we are looking for!

The assignments vary among different clients, and the tasks depend on the individual's needs and wishes. What is common in all assignments is to support the individual to live as rich and independent a life as possible based on the intentions of LSS.

Client's wishes and description.

I am a young man who enjoys listening to music, particularly R&B, Country, and Hip Hop. Other interests include watching sports such as Formula 1, American football, basketball, and ice hockey (Luleå).

I appreciate going on various fun trips, so I wish for a companion who has a B driver's license.

It would be best if you were roughly my age (20-30) and have similar interests as me.

I am looking for a companion who is flexible and can consider working 10 hours with me; it varies when I wish to meet, but right now, Saturdays are the best day for me.

Qualifications We are looking for someone with a strong commitment to their fellow human beings. Someone who has the ability to understand other people's needs for support. We want you to be responsible and able to take initiative. Furthermore, we seek someone who performs their duties with the client in focus and in a professional manner.

Personal qualities are requested based on the client's wishes.

This assignment suits you if you are studying or have a part-time job.

If you have previous experience working with children with autism, this is an advantage.

You will mostly work evenings and weekends, but it can also be during the day. Flexible schedule.

Employment 10 - 20 hours/month

Requirements

• You must be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• B driver's license
• Previous experience in LSS

Before we offer employment, you must provide an unopened extract/digital mailbox from the police's criminal record. We also request a valid Swedish work permit, such as a passport or approved work permit from the Migration Agency.
