We are now looking for several skilled assistants to join our wonderful team in Helsingborg. The client is a woman in her 40s with a diagnosis of MS.

About you:

- You have a positive attitude and a genuine interest in working with people.

- Previous experience in care and support is an advantage but not a requirement.

- You are responsible, reliable, and can work both independently and in a team.

- Good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written.

- Flexible and adaptable to different work situations and the client's needs.

Job responsibilities:

- Assist the client in daily life, such as personal hygiene, meals, and social activities.

- Support the client in maintaining and developing their social contacts.

- Participate in leisure activities and contribute to a meaningful free time.

- Help create a safe and stimulating environment for the client.

We are looking for someone who is responsible, attentive, and quick to learn new tasks. At Alter Assistans, you will always receive an introduction with the current client.

About the employment:

We are looking for both hourly employed substitutes and one person for a temporary position starting March 1.

As a substitute, the employment form is based on hours worked. For work on a fixed schedule, the employment form is 'for as long as the assignment lasts'.

Working hours vary based on the clients' needs. Working hours are scheduled for days and evenings, weekdays as well as weekends.

Salary and other employment conditions according to the collective agreement for Personal Assistance, Vårdföretagarna - Kommunal.
