We are currently looking for a female personal assistant who speaks Arabic for a cheerful 6-year-old boy living in Kristianstad. As a personal assistant, you will work with a person with functional variations. You will assist with everyday tasks that many take for granted, such as dressing, taking care of the home, personal hygiene, and participating in leisure activities. You make a significant difference and help another person's daily life function. Your workplace is where the client is, and the job is both varied and eventful. Contributing every day to allowing a person to live their life as they wish is, in our opinion, the most important job in the world.

Qualifications and Personal Traits

The boy has autism and ADHD and therefore needs structure and motivation in his daily life. As the boy is active and has a lot of energy, it is important that you are physically fit and can keep up with his pace. We would like you to have great patience and the ability to be personal while acting professionally.

Regardless of your age, life situation, and background, you could be the assistant we are looking for, but we prefer that you can understand and make yourself understood in both Swedish and Arabic to communicate with the boy. Furthermore, it is important that you are engaged, respectful, and attentive. Education in care and assistance is meritorious, but not a requirement. The most important thing is that you have a genuine interest in working with others.

Additional Information

• Employment Type: Fixed-term employment as long as the assignment lasts
• Scope: 40%
• Working Hours: Day, evening, and weekend. We would like you to be able to work flexibly.
• Start Date: Immediately or by agreement.
