Your Responsibilities

We are now in need of staff for our protected accommodations. In the long term, there are good opportunities for permanent employment.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Responding to urgent needs and being available for those living with us

• Supporting individuals in their planning

• Receiving urgent placements and making urgent assessments

• Performing practical tasks in the accommodation

• Contacting authorities

• Keeping records

Working as an employee in a protected accommodation fundamentally involves commitment, flexibility, and attentiveness. Since the tasks are varied, broad experience and competence are advantageous. Therefore, we are looking for someone who:

• Is educated or studying in social work

• Enjoys working independently and collaborating in a team

• Is responsible and has achieved personal maturity that makes you secure in yourself

• Has an empathetic and professional approach

• Has knowledge of low-arousal responses

• Holds a driver's license

It is an advantage if you also have work experience in social work with individuals struggling with addiction, have experience and knowledge in supporting victims of violence, and are accustomed to dealing with individuals in acute crisis. We also place great importance on personal suitability.
