About Me

I am an 11-month-old boy with Treacher Collins and a tracheostomy. I live in central Trelleborg with my family, which consists of my mom, dad, and two siblings aged 11 and 7.

About You

I am looking for someone with a big heart and a good sense of humor. I want you to be a creative person with a childlike spirit. You should be kind, caring, and self-assured. You need to be proactive, meticulous, and responsible.

Your task will be to assist me in and out of the home, closely connected to family members, relatives, and friends. Therefore, it is important that you are flexible and attentive. You should be able to collaborate, as I require double assistance around the clock, with awake nights.

Requirements

• You must have a very good command of the Swedish language in speech.
• You must be smoke-free during work hours.

Meritorious

• It is an advantage but not a requirement if you have experience working with tracheostomy.
• It is an advantage but not a requirement if you have experience working with younger children.

The most important factor will be personal chemistry.

As a personal assistant, you represent Hela Sveriges Assistans.

In the role of a personal assistant, you will complete an online training course about what it is like to work as a personal assistant.

You will work together with the client and your colleagues to ensure good quality and adhere to the company's values and policies.

As a personal assistant, you are responsible for accessing information sent out by the head office and, if necessary, seeking information available on the website. For other inquiries, you should contact your supervisor or the head office.

• always keep the client in focus.
• be updated on the implementation plan that can be provided verbally by the client or may be written down on-site or in HSA time.
• review the job descriptions and routines available on-site and follow them.
• document and read documentation according to the routine in the assignment.

We train our employees to ensure quality in personal assistance. All our new hires complete an online introductory training for personal assistants before their first working day, or at the latest within a month of starting employment.
