Värmekoncept is a rapidly growing company specializing in comprehensive solutions for the installation of wood stoves. The interest in wood stoves has never been greater than today, both as a safe and cost-effective heating source and as a mood-enhancing interior detail. We assist our customers through all steps from idea to installation, which is an attractive concept for our clients.

About the Position

We are looking for an experienced salesperson who wants to take the next step in their career. As a salesperson at Värmekoncept, you will work with both home visits and digital sales meetings via video calls to meet customer needs. Primarily, you will handle pre-booked meetings with customers who have booked time after expressing interest in our services. When you are not conducting sales meetings, you will work at our office and store in Sisjön, where you will welcome visiting customers, assist them, and schedule home visits.

Although there may be situations where you need to supplement with your own prospecting, the focus is on processing warm leads. The sales meetings require a lot of problem-solving and good technical knowledge and function as both project meetings and sales meetings. Previous knowledge in construction is not necessary as we will train you, but it is important that you enjoy technical sales that require extensive product knowledge.

Working hours include both daytime and evening shifts to best meet customer needs. Your role involves listening to the customer's needs and together finding solutions that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing. By acting as a trustworthy advisor and offering tailored options, you strive to ensure high customer satisfaction and strengthen Värmekoncept's reputation as a reliable supplier.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Solid background in sales, preferably with previous experience in home sales.
  • Personal qualities: Curious, structured, and proactive with strong self-leadership. You constantly strive for personal development and have an easy time understanding how things are interconnected.
  • Language and communication: Fluent Swedish in speech and writing, as well as a good ability to build long-term customer relationships.
  • Driver's license: Holds a B driver's license.
  • Team player: Thrives in environments where colleagues' successes are celebrated and actively contributes to the company's best.
