Our sales, marketing, and customer support group is a department with 14 employees.

What you will do with us

Our inside sales representatives work with proactive sales as well as development and service to existing customers, primarily via phone and digital means. The job also involves some customer care work with larger clients. To succeed in the role of inside sales representative, you need to be unpretentious and have a knack for networking, collaborating, and cooperating. You ensure that all customer contacts with the company result in customers perceiving Eurofins as their obvious business partner for laboratory analytical services.

In your role, you will handle analysis requests from both new and existing customers of various sizes. You will train our customers in EOL and create and update quotes with new analyses/analysis packages for orders in EOL.

You will work in a small but dynamic organization and are expected to assist colleagues across the department during temporary work surges.

Who are you as an applicant?

As a person, you are service-oriented, structured, meticulous, and responsible. You are self-driven and efficient and will work with freedom under your own responsibility. You thrive best in dialogue with customers where you build trust and strengthen relationships. You naturally take the initiative for new commercial activities and projects.

To succeed in the role, you need to navigate and work with different types of data systems as the majority of your work is digital. Furthermore, you work fluently in MS Office applications and communicate well both in writing and verbally in Swedish and English.

A university degree in microbiology or chemistry, as well as experience in sales within the laboratory industry, is advantageous.

Employment type: Permanent employment, where a probationary period applies. The position is full-time. Working hours: Daytime

Salary and start date according to agreement.

Location: Preferably Lidköping or Jönköping, alternatively at one of our other locations where we have laboratory operations. Some travel may occur. A driver's license is advantageous.
