Your role as Customer Support

In this position, you will be responsible for guiding users through our platform and ensuring that their needs are met with the right offerings. You create value by transforming customer wishes into concrete solutions while maintaining strong relationships with our partners. From the first call to the final booking, you help build experiences that inspire and engage.

  • Daily contact with customers and partners via phone and email.
  • Ensuring that all bookings are made smoothly and efficiently.
  • Supporting and training partners in the use of our digital tools.
  • Follow-up and administration to guarantee high service quality.

We are looking for someone who:

We believe you are a problem-solver at heart who thrives on juggling multiple tasks. You are social, self-driven, and have a natural talent for building trust in every interaction.

  • Have experience in customer service, sales, or service.
  • Are comfortable using the phone as a work tool, both making and receiving calls.
  • Are flexible and thrive in a dynamic work environment in a small company.
  • Have an eye for detail and strong administrative skills.
