About the role

As a member of the Equity Capital Markets team, you will play a central role in building relationships with investors, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to driving our growth. You will work within the sales department with a work model that combines strategic work and operational responsibility.

Kapita works with close customer relationships and capital raising for Swedish and international growth companies and has a customer base that includes national and international institutions as well as smaller and medium-sized investors. As a member of Equity Capital Markets (ECM), you will focus on building relationships with new clients and maintaining daily contact with our existing clients regarding current issuance offers. The role within ECM is versatile and offers a steep learning curve with a fast pace and extensive exposure to the capital market, business world, and the dynamic entrepreneurial landscape.

Desired profile

• At least 3 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, equity, or similar.
• A university degree or bachelor's degree in economics, finance, or a related field is highly desirable.
• Thrives in a fast-paced and changing environment and works towards set goals.
• Fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
• A team player with strong communication skills and a desire to grow in the role.
• Insightful and keeps updated on stock markets and market trends to deliver valuable analyses and perspectives to both the team and our clients.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with CRM systems.

Employment type
