Inre Kraft is looking for a male personal assistant in Haparanda for a 100% temporary position

It is desirable if you can start the introduction and work as soon as possible!

The client is a middle-aged man with autism. He can communicate verbally with some limitations. His native language is Finnish, so you need to speak and understand Finnish fluently.

As we base our recruitment on the client's preferences, only male applicants will proceed in the recruitment process.

As a person, you should be attentive, patient, and calm. You need to be secure in yourself and able to meet stress/outbursts from the client in a low-arousal manner. Previous experience with autism or low-arousal responses is an advantage.

The client lives in his own apartment, enjoys going for walks/shopping, and being at home. He also appreciates good food. Therefore, we prefer that you can cook and are active and engaged.

The working hours are scheduled from 08:00-16:00, 08:00-20:00, and 20:00-08:00 (awake night) every day of the week. A driver's license is not a requirement, but it is certainly an advantage.

Requirements: You speak and understand Finnish at a good level. You have a criminal record extract from the police. (You can easily order this via the police's website).

Personal suitability and the client's choice are the most important factors in recruitment. Take extra time to write a personal letter where you tell about yourself and explain why you find this assignment interesting. The advertisement image has no connection to the assignment.

Salary: Fixed hourly wage according to agreement, we have a collective agreement in Industry G.
