As a personal assistant, you help people live the life they want by assisting and supporting them in their daily lives with everything it entails. Your tasks include daily chores, cooking, personal hygiene, training and activation, and supporting the customer in communication, etc. Your tasks are determined by the customer's support needs.

We are looking for: Engaged staff where the chemistry with the customer is the most important thing. You should be empathetic, proactive, and attentive to the customer's needs. You who want to do that little extra to give the customer a golden touch in their life.

Meritorious: Previous care experience or work as a personal assistant. It is a plus if you have a driver's license and access to a car.

Requirements: You speak and understand the Swedish language at a good level. You can provide a criminal record extract from the police. (You can easily order this from the police's website)

Working hours/duration: The work involves you working where the customer is, during varying working hours scheduled during the day, evening, and night depending on needs. Weekdays/weekends.

Start: The need for new recruitment varies from month to month; if you are looking for work as a substitute, you have the opportunity to start working immediately.Salary: Fixed hourly wage according to agreement; we have a collective agreement in Industry G.
