Assistant sought for a 79-year-old man living in central Luleå, you have the opportunity to work between 30-94.38% depending on your preference.

The client needs help with most aspects of daily living such as cooking, showering, laundry, hygiene, etc. He is in a wheelchair and can communicate his needs to some extent. Some needs that the client has will be learned over time by the assistant.

The work is not particularly physically demanding or challenging. Assistive devices are available.

It is a relatively calm assignment as our client is a bit older and therefore does not engage too much. Some walks and outings occur now and then. Other work takes place at home.

It is desirable that the assistant is familiar with and skilled in low-arousal responses. The client feels best with calm and peace around him.

The client prefers female applicants with empathy and life experience, preferably retirees with a sense for home and household work.

The position is partly a temporary position at 31.25% during the regular employee's parental leave planned until 250301 but also a permanent position at 63.13%. Total working degree 94.38%.

There is also an opportunity to work 30% or 50% if desired. Introduction and substitute shifts can start immediately.

Requirements: You speak and understand Swedish at a good level. You are a girl/woman.

Salary: Fixed hourly wage according to agreement, we have a collective agreement in Industry G.
