We are looking for a service-oriented and meticulous switchboard operator to strengthen our team!

About the position

As a switchboard operator, you will be responsible for receiving and forwarding calls, providing basic information to customers, and collaborating with various departments within the organization. The role requires good communication skills and a friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and forward them to the correct department/person.

• Provide information about the company's services and operations.

• Handle simpler administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Fluent Swedish in both spoken and written form (additional language skills are an advantage).

• Experience in a similar role is a plus but not a requirement.

• Service-oriented, meticulous, and flexible.

• Good computer skills and experience working with phone switchboard systems.
