Title: Engaged Assistant Wanted for Torpets Adventure Preschool

Description of the preschool: Torpets Adventure Preschool is a place where children's curiosity and learning are in focus. We work according to Lpfö18 with an exploratory approach and adventure pedagogy, creating engaging experiences for the children. Our activities are often held outdoors, where nature becomes a natural part of the children's learning and exploration. We place great importance on close collaboration with families and create a safe and developing environment for all children.

Scope of the position: We are looking for an engaged assistant for a part-time position of 75%. The position is permanent, starting 20/1-25 or as soon as possible.

Job responsibilities:

• Participate in daily work with children aged 3 - 5 years
• Support and assist in activities based on the preschool's goals and curriculum.
• Create a safe, fun, and developing environment for the children.
• Support children in need of extra care or educational support.
• Collaborate with colleagues and guardians.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with children.
• Good understanding of Lpfö18 and its practical application is an advantage.
• Ability to build good relationships with children, colleagues, and parents.
• Engaged, positive, and flexible.
• Experience working with children in need of special support is an advantage.
• Interest in being outdoors and having a creative job in nature is a plus.
