We are now looking for a passionate and driven Content Creator

We are an idea-driven strategic communication agency that takes shape based on the customer's needs and challenges with impactful ideas. It is important for us that the customer sees us as a creative friend, and therefore we value relaxed relationships. In total, we are 20 employees with different personalities and creative skills. We are part of the media group NTM and have gathered all our expertise under four roofs in Norrköping, Visby, Stockholm, and Eskilstuna.

About the role

As a Content Creator at Fluid, you will play a crucial role in creating digital content strategies, campaigns, and productions. You will be part of our creative team and will inspire and guide our clients with engaging and sales-driven content. Your ideas, strategic thinking, and digital expertise will have a significant impact on our projects and ultimately on how well our communication performs. Therefore, we prefer that you have already gained some experience and now feel ready to take on more responsibility.

Your main tasks include:

Developing creative digital concepts and strategies for brands and specific campaigns, from the initial brief to final delivery.
Creating content that stands out, resonates, and engages on digital channels such as Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Producing and editing moving content for digital channels and social media.
Publishing and optimizing content on digital channels and social media.
Collaborating with copywriters, art directors, and other creative team members to create creative content concepts.
Presenting ideas and concepts to clients and internal teams, and being a leading voice in selling creative solutions.
Staying updated on the latest trends in digital and social media marketing to constantly inspire and develop the team's work.

We are looking for someone who has:

Several years of experience as a Content Creator, Content Manager, or digital producer, preferably in an advertising agency, in-house agency, or creative studio.
A deep understanding of and competence in digital platforms, storytelling, and content marketing.
Experience in photography and filming, and good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, and preferably also Final Cut Pro.
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Excellent communication skills, good project management skills, and the ability to present and defend your ideas to clients and colleagues.
A passion for creativity and a willingness to constantly challenge yourself and others.
The ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
A keen eye on trends and news in social media.

The position as Content Creator is full-time and based at Fluid's office in Norrköping.

NTM is one of Sweden's largest local media groups, a foundation-owned group with the heart in local journalism.

We have employees in the local market from Småland to Norrbotten. Our media advisors and the advertising agency Fluid help companies with campaigns, content, and strategy. Most of our own newspapers are printed at Pressgrannar and Tryck i Norr, and distributed by our distribution company Svensk Hemleverans, which also offers morning deliveries for both letters and packages, for example from our own e-commerce.
