OnePartnerGroup Östergötland consists of a cohesive and dedicated team. We operate from our head office in Mjölby, but are also often present at our offices in Linköping and Norrköping. We are now looking for a new star to join our team, welcoming another sales-oriented consultant manager.

What will your workday look like with us?

With us, you can expect a stimulating environment with a high pace and varied days, in close collaboration with helpful and knowledgeable colleagues. As a consultant manager, you will have independent responsibility for your clients, assignments, and consultants. In your role, you will primarily work with our professional consultants in warehousing/logistics and industry, but direct recruitments may also be relevant. You will take over existing consultants and clients but gradually work on selling our services to new clients as well.

In your daily work, you will have contact with clients and consultants regarding placements and bookings. You will have personnel responsibility for consultants and thus be responsible for personnel-related matters such as coaching, follow-up, time approvals, employee interviews, and more. Before filling new assignments, you will independently handle complete recruitment processes with elements such as advertising, search, interviews, background checks, and reference checks.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with relevant education in the HR field and at least a couple of years of work experience in staffing and recruitment. Having a large network in Östergötland as well as experience or a strong interest in corporate sales is considered a strong merit. As a person, you are independent and confident, enjoy working at a high pace, and have the ability to independently plan and structure your days and assignments so that our clients, candidates, and consultants are always met with the utmost professionalism. You enjoy a social everyday life, find it easy to make new contacts, and nurture your relationships. Furthermore, you are creative, business-minded, and flexible. Since we are meticulous with documentation, you have good data skills and can express yourself very well in speech and writing in Swedish. As there are business trips involved, you hold a B driver's license. We are looking for a team player and will place great emphasis on your personal qualities.
