Are you an experienced specialist in Windows infrastructure with a passion for working in complex IT environments? Do you want to be part of a dynamic team handling and modernizing critical services? Then we might have the assignment for you!

We are looking for a senior Windows operations specialist to strengthen our client's service operations group. You will work as a technical system administrator in the Windows team, where you will handle both daily incidents through the ticketing system and more extensive project tasks in Jira.

About the role

In this role, you will be a key player in the lifecycle management project. Your main tasks include:

• Migrating older Windows servers to newer versions.
• Transferring services from older service servers to modern solutions.
• Relocating and configuring websites to the new web hosting (IIS).

You will also contribute your expertise by providing advice and support to the management and their e-government organization.

Profile requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in the IT industry.
• Minimum 5 years of practical experience working with Windows infrastructure in large-scale operational environments.
• Solid experience with PowerShell for automation and environment management.
• Knowledge and experience with Hyper-V.

We also expect you to have:

• Experience working according to ITIL and writing change requests.
• Knowledge of IIS (Internet Information Services).
• Experience with MS SQL at an administrative level.
