Site Assembly - Site Installation Engineer

With a few years of work experience, you might be the one we are looking for to join our team leading the work of installing gas turbine plants at customer sites around the world. How You Will Make an Impact

You will undergo extensive training to enable certification on-site with customers as an Electrical or Mechanical Site Installation Engineer on gas turbines (depending on your previous experience).
Work abroad for periods of 6 to 12 weeks, with up to 250 travel days per year.
As a Site Installation Engineer, you will have a leading role on-site, supporting the customer and the installation company in their daily activities. You will lead a team of around 10-30 people.
Together with one or more colleagues, you will be closely involved during the installation phase to then inspect and prepare for handover to commissioning.
You will work in an environment with advanced technical products where your technical skills will be challenged.

What You Bring

Previous work experience in MEK - Mechanics, energy, operation and maintenance, maritime or aviation, or equivalent degree.
Previous work experience in EL - Electrical background focusing on energy, electric power, machinery, or control and regulatory technology.
Ability to lead and motivate others.
Responsible, solution-oriented, and able to approach work in a safe, calm, and controlled manner both independently and in your team.
Easy to adapt to new cultures and environments.
As a person, you are curious and driven with a strong technical interest.
Good English skills, both orally and in writing.

The requirements for the position are Swedish or EU citizenship, residing in Sweden, and being enrolled in the Swedish social insurance system. Before filling this position, a health check, credit check, and extract from the criminal record will be conducted.

We are a large team of about 45 employees in Installation at Nysidan at Field Service with Finspång as the location. We travel around 250 days a year, and most mobilizations are between 6-12 weeks.
