Job Description
Randstad is now looking for an experienced project manager for a consultancy assignment at Siemens Energy in Finspång. The role involves leading medium-sized projects within industrial product development. This is a fantastic opportunity for you with experience in structured product development processes and a strong interest in project management in an environment characterized by advanced technology.
As a project manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project, including cost, budget, schedule, resources, scope, risk management, and team leadership. Your work involves ensuring that the project follows Siemens Energy's established R&D development processes and using planning tools such as Planview, Primavera, MSP, and Microsoft 360 to structure and drive the project forward. The role also involves close collaboration with various stakeholders and requires good communication skills in both Swedish and English. The work is conducted in a hybrid environment, where 50–60% of the time is on-site in Finspång and the rest is done remotely.
We are looking for someone with a relevant academic background, preferably in engineering, mechanical engineering, or project management, and experience working with industrial products according to structured R&D processes. Certification in PMI or IPMA is a plus. You also need experience in working with project planning tools and a strong understanding of budget management, resource planning, and risk management.
As a person, you are structured and analytical, with the ability to handle complex projects with many stakeholders. You are solution-oriented and a good communicator who can build strong relationships within the project team. Additionally, you are independent and responsible, with the ability to prioritize and make decisions in high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Relevant academic education, preferably in engineering, mechanical engineering, or project management.
- Experience and knowledge of structured product development of industrial products according to established R&D processes.
- Certification in PMI or IPMA (preferred).
- Experience working with project planning tools such as Planview, Primavera, or MSP, as well as Microsoft 360.
- Good communication skills in both Swedish and English, in both speech and writing.
- A strong understanding of budget management, resource planning, and risk management in project management.
