Blackstad School is beautifully situated in the heart of the community. At Blackstad School, students from preschool to grade 6 attend, with just over 75 students enrolled.

We are now looking for a teacher for grades F-3 for a temporary position at Blackstad School.

Your Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include planning, implementing, and evaluating work according to the school's governing documents and with our vision in mind, both individually and together with other educators at the school. You will lead your own teaching and also have close collaboration with other educators in the organization.

As a teacher, you work to promote each student's development and learning. It is your responsibility to create good relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. You are a role model for all students at the school.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a teaching degree and teaching certification for F-3. Previous experience in educational work in the relevant grades is an advantage.

To succeed and thrive with us, you need to have a good ability to collaborate, be attentive, and easily put yourself in other people's perspectives. You need to be confident in yourself, stable, and have good self-awareness.

It is important in the role that you have a well-developed pedagogical ability. You have a good understanding of how children and young people absorb knowledge and the different conditions for learning. It is also important that you are flexible and can easily adapt to changing circumstances in the organization.

The positions are subject to background checks. Applicants must present an extract from the police criminal record before employment occurs.
