JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Bjurbäcksskolan is a K-6 school in the central area of Emmaboda. We have a dedicated team where you will be a part of the staff. Together, you will be responsible for providing all students with good theoretical and social skills that benefit children's development. Emmaboda also has students from other cultures, which enriches our community.

The job responsibilities consist of being a teaching teacher in textile crafts, and you need to have a strong commitment to the students and their development. If the position is over half-time, teaching at other schools in the municipality will be relevant. We want you to be a driving force in the development of the craft subject with a focus on textile crafts while also being able to collaborate easily with other colleagues.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a qualified craft teacher with certification and teaching credentials. You should have good knowledge of teaching in the craft subject, especially in textile crafts. It is, of course, desirable to have broad subject qualifications and certification. If you have qualifications in multiple subjects, that is very positive. In addition to education, we see your personal qualities as important. Experience in similar tasks is highly valued. A driver's license is required.
