Emådalskolan - A small unit with great opportunities!

We are an F-6 school in Mörlunda, which together with Silverdalens school, Målilla school, and Vena constitutes our outer schools.

We offer a school where children have the opportunity to develop based on their conditions and in interaction with each other and present adults. We develop collaboration between preschool, preschool class, school, and after-school care to support children's all-round development both in the short and long term. We do this, among other things, by working in mixed age groups in connection with various themes and activities. Our goal is for our students to grow up to be independent and secure individuals who know who they are and what they stand for, who take responsibility for themselves, for each other, and for the society we live in.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a teacher, you will be part of a work team where you have close collaboration around students and teaching. You actively work with pedagogical planning and constantly strive to improve your interaction with students through evaluation, reflection, and collegial learning. To ensure that students feel meaning in their daily lives and that they are constantly learning for life, you will help develop a cross-subject approach that creates a whole for the students.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a licensed teacher F-6 who wants to help develop the school. In your leadership, you focus on creating good relationships with both students and colleagues. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
