Albäcksskolan is a grades 7-9 school in central Hultsfred. The school has about 350 students who, together with the staff, are divided into working teams.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Albäcksskolan's vision is to be a school that works cooperatively to increase students' sense of meaning. A school where we work together and learn from each other, both students and educators. Important pieces to achieve this are to constantly develop teaching using proven methods such as cooperative learning, differentiation, language-developing approaches, and also to develop digital competence.

We are now looking for you, a Spanish teacher, who wants to contribute to students' learning and development. You have a drive to constantly develop your teaching to meet the student groups in the best way. At Albäcksskolan, you will be part of a working team as well as a subject group. These groups form the foundation for collegial learning with a focus on students' development. You are responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating teaching together with colleagues. Since we have mentors in each working team, this means that you as an educator will not have any mentorship but will focus on teaching and planning.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a certified teacher with the qualifications to teach Spanish.

The position is part-time, approximately 50%. There may be an opportunity to combine with additional subjects for a higher employment rate.

Your teaching is characterized by a student perspective where you work language- and knowledge-developing, cooperatively, and digitally. You make conscious choices to enhance students' motivation and sense of meaning. You see collegial learning and good relationships as a success factor in fulfilling your mission.
