About the job

As an infrastructure architect with us, you will play a central role in driving technical development forward. You will work with infrastructure architecture, be the link between technology and operations, and guide development teams and decision-makers towards future solutions. Your focus will be on infrastructure services, where you will become an important part of our architecture team within Supportive Technical Services (STS). You enjoy switching between strategic, tactical, and operational work, and you have the ability to both see the big picture and dive into technical details. Your contribution will directly support the Swedish Tax Agency's transition to an information-driven and digitized operation.

We work agilely and in close collaboration between IT and operations to create development value streams. Our technical environment is broad and constantly evolving, with steps towards modern solutions such as private cloud services, microservices architecture, and container technology. On our transformation journey, we handle both new and older technologies, which requires you to master several architectural styles simultaneously.

You will belong to the IT department, located in Sundbyberg.

About you

In this job, you should:

You should also have:

• a university degree in IT that the employer deems relevant for the role
• several years of current and relevant work experience in infrastructure architecture
• current experience with private software-defined data centers (SDDC)
• basic knowledge of modern security architecture
• experience leading and supporting other architects and teams in architectural changes.

It is desirable that you have documented work experience in complex IT organizations, e.g., government agencies or other large organizations. It is also desirable to have several years of current work experience in agile development and the use of models to analyze and document architecture.

Good to know

The employment is permanent and may begin with a six-month probationary period.

Employment with us may involve placement in a security class. A security review with a background check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may therefore be conducted before a decision on employment. For some of our tasks in the security class, Swedish citizenship is required.
