Who are you?

We are looking for someone with a strong customer focus who enjoys providing professional service. You are a quick learner and can quickly familiarize yourself with new systems and technologies. Furthermore, you need to be able to adapt to different customer needs to solve their problems. As a person, you are cheerful and social and find it easy to collaborate with others. We prefer that you thrive in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple cases and processes simultaneously. In this position, we place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Your experience

We expect you to have at least a high school education, preferably in IT support/technology. Furthermore, we see that you have around 1 year of work experience in IT support. Alternatively, you may have work experience in customer service or another service profession, as well as another technical role in IT and a strong technical interest in hardware. 

• Good knowledge of applications included in MS Office
• Basic knowledge of Networking, TCP/IP
• Good knowledge of supporting computers with Windows 10/11
• Good knowledge of administration in Active Directory, Exchange, and MS Teams, or services in Office365
• Basic knowledge of Windows Server
• Familiarity with ITIL
• Good knowledge of supporting PC & MAC
• Good knowledge of hardware and peripherals
• Experience with ticketing systems
