ABOUT THE POSITION

Vipetech is a Swedish SaaS company that offers software solutions for automating and digitalizing existing processes and workflows. Their vision is a world where companies' work processes are automated with solutions from Vipetech. At the office in Solna, you will be accompanied by about 20 other employees, and you will be introduced to a welcoming environment with training and support from your colleagues.

As an application consultant at Vipetech, you will primarily focus on tasks related to the management and development of selected solutions and products from Vipetech's range. You will learn how their solutions work and are configured on-site. You will also be part of implementation projects as a technical consultant and help conduct customer training. The role also involves supporting salespeople in the presale process with your technical expertise.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

Troubleshooting
Manage support and development issues with our customers and partners
Use your expertise to advise and train our customers
Configure various solutions
Produce documentation (e.g., document solutions, installation documents, bug reports, incident reports, etc.)
Time reporting

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

Has previous experience in software support or a relevant education focused on IT, systems science, or engineering
Has excellent knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form, as both languages are used in daily work

It is advantageous and your application will be prioritized if you have:

Experience with business processes related to e.g., order flows or e-invoice flows B2B
Experience in user support/software support B2B
Knowledge of XML and/or XSLT
