About the position

At Perido, we are now looking for a support technician for our client, a company that offers efficient business systems, cash solutions, and payment solutions primarily for retail. The company's vision is to make the daily operations of retail businesses worry-free, both at headquarters and in stores. This is achieved by building systems and solutions based on each unique customer's organization and industry, acting quickly, and resolving issues in the technical infrastructure before store personnel notice the error. The position is located in central Stockholm, where the work is done on-site at the office.

The company wants to be available for its customers 365 days a year. You will work according to a rotating schedule, with weekend shifts occurring approximately every 4th/5th week. Working hours will vary between 06:00 and 22:00.

Your responsibilities

In the role of support technician, you will assist the company's customers with 1st and 2nd line issues. Support is primarily provided via phone, but also through email, remote access, and cases that come in through their ticket portal. The issues may include:

• Troubleshooting data flows and back-office systems
• Resetting passwords via Active Directory
• Guiding customers on restarting terminals and equipment on-site
• Supporting financial managers when issues with accounting arise in the system
• Troubleshooting specific hardware
• Network problems

You will receive thorough training and shadow skilled colleagues who are eager to share their knowledge. Here, you will have good development opportunities in a family-oriented company where every individual is seen. Depending on your areas of interest, you can develop by taking on greater support responsibilities for specific customers over time, or if you prefer, dive deeper into the technical side at a more advanced level.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in IT support
• A solid interest in IT and a desire for a long-term and varied role in IT
• Proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
