About the Role

We are now looking for an engaged IT technician for an onsite assignment with a public organization north of Stockholm. In this role, you will be part of a smaller team responsible for supporting users on-site with both hardware and software-related issues.

Responsibilities

Installation, troubleshooting, and support of computers, printers, peripherals, and mobile devices
On-site user support (1st line and basic 2nd line)
Management of permissions, accounts, and other administrative IT tasks
Support regarding networks and printers
Documentation of cases in the case management system

We are looking for someone who has

At least 1 year of experience in a similar role as an IT technician
Good knowledge of Windows environments, Office 365, and troubleshooting client computers
Experience with case management systems
Good knowledge of Swedish (spoken & written)
Driver's license (B)

You are a service-minded and solution-oriented person who enjoys helping others and finding practical solutions to problems. You work independently, are structured in your approach, and are proactive in driving things forward. Additionally, you are communicative and easily collaborate with both colleagues and users.

Location: Täby (onsite) Scope: Full-time Start: Beginning of May 2025 Duration of the assignment: 6 months
