About the position

As a Configuration Manager, you will have an important and coordinating role where you, together with project managers and technical specialists, create order, quality, and clarity throughout the project's lifecycle. You will ensure that changes are managed in a structured way, that documentation and deliveries are traceable and up-to-date, and that routines and working methods within configuration management are well established in the organization.

The role involves close collaboration with both internal teams and external partners. You contribute to good dialogue, create security in the processes, and provide support when important decisions need to be made. Through your analytical ability, structure, and long-term perspective, you ensure that the project works methodically and efficiently, even in complex and changing environments.

You will keep the work together in change forums such as CCB, be responsible for planning and follow-up of configurations, participate in technical reviews, and ensure that all documentation reflects the actual status of the system. In addition, you are happy to share your knowledge and guide colleagues in the fundamentals of configuration management.

The position is based in Stockholm. Travel may occur, both domestic and international.

About you

We are looking for someone with a relevant academic background, such as a civil or engineering degree, computer science, or equivalent competence that you have built through experience. You have a solid foundation in configuration management and technical systems work, and you feel comfortable communicating in both Swedish and English – in both speech and writing.

It is an advantage if you have training in configuration management, requirements management, or system design, as well as experience leading or coordinating projects. If you have also worked with export control, business modeling, or requirements specification, we see it as a plus. We also welcome experience in areas such as systems engineering (SE), integrated logistics support (ILS), information security (IA), or systems safety – but these are not requirements.
