Background

The Business Development section is a strategic, governing, and supportive function that collaborates with the business to work on development efforts as well as coordination, management, and development of common areas, methods, and tools.

Assignment Description

The Business Development section shall

  • have an established broad support in change management, and
  • be able to support and execute more projects and assignments in change management than the section can today, thus enabling change initiatives within the organization to achieve their effect goals.

Job Responsibilities

In the role of change leader, you will drive one or more assignments in change management. You may also be assigned as a project leader. As a change leader, you will guide individuals, groups, and parts of the organization through a change. You often work within the framework of a project or assignment.

The role will also include the following components:

  • Work to establish the change management service broadly within the organization.
  • Support clients, managers/executives, and operations in driving the change work forward to achieve identified effects of the change.
  • Plan the work, develop and anchor materials such as change plans, impact analysis, stakeholder mapping, etc.
  • Lead and manage the change process itself, including executing activities.
  • Work closely with program/project/assignment management, as well as communicators if engaged in the project.
  • Coach the agency's internal change leaders and support them in their work.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • At least a bachelor's degree (180 credits) in economics or behavioral science
  • Be certified in ADKAR and have at least ten years of practical experience working with the ADKAR change method.
  • At least five years of documented experience successfully acting as a dedicated change leader in assignments or projects and independently driving change work within complex initiatives in complex organizations in strong growth.
  • At least five years of documented experience working as a dedicated change leader within digitalization assignments.
  • At least five years of documented experience designing plans, decision materials, and presentations tailored for different target groups.
  • At least five years of documented experience planning and conducting workshops.

Value-Added Requirements:

  • Have at least 3 years of experience working to translate business plans and strategy documents into materials that support change
  • Have at least 3 years of experience handling the entire spectrum from strategic and tactical to operational issues
  • Have at least 3 years of experience working in cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrate at least 3 years of experience from working on assignments within both operations, technology/infrastructure, operations/support, and digitalization within organizations
  • Have at least 3 years of experience actively and systematically driving the establishment of change management within one or more organizations.
