About the position
We are looking for colleagues who want to work with us over the summer and continue as part-time substitutes in the autumn! Or perhaps this is just the beginning of a continued journey within the care profession and you want to stay longer with us?

We are currently looking for more colleagues in Linköping and surrounding areas, specifically those who want to work as personal assistants.
About you To thrive with us, you are a person who enjoys working with people and can see to the needs of others. As a person, you are attentive, responsible, flexible, and a good team player. We place great importance on personal qualities and suitability for the role in relation to matching with the customer.
It is an advantage if you have:
- Experience in care or personal assistance
What does a typical day look like?
It varies! With us, all our customers are unique, and routines and activities can differ depending on whom you are working with. Common tasks include assisting with daily routines, personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and during meals. Your workplace is in the customer's home, but you also accompany the customer on various outings and errands, such as shopping, medical visits, coffee in town, etc. You are there for the customer/user when they live their life based on their conditions.
There may also be lifting involved during transfers, depending on each customer's needs (if needed, aids are available on-site). A position with one of our customers may also give you the chance to try working at different times of the day, such as daytime, evening, or night during weekdays and weekends.

The register you need to order is called "Work with children with disabilities", as we use this for all our employments.
Extent: Varied employment degree based on each assignment's needs.
Start date: According to agreement in case of a vacancy with our customers. Start can occur immediately as well as later during the summer or in the autumn.
Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
About the recruitment process: Your application will be handled by employees at Olivia as well as by the customer/user and any relatives, guardians, or others. If you give your consent, we can share your profile with our sister companies if your profile matches another position within Team Olivia.
Things to consider before your application:
A prerequisite for starting an employment with Olivia is that you, as an applicant, can present valid ID and submit a personal certificate as well as any documents that prove the right to work in Sweden. You can easily download a personal certificate from the Swedish Tax Agency's website. To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.
If you want to work with children and young people under 18 years old, you must present an extract from the criminal record. It is important that you order an extract from the Police now, as their processing time may vary.
