I am looking for a responsible and mature personal assistant who can step in as needed to cover for the absence of regular staff. I am a driven and curious woman living in Boxholm, with interests in interior design, food, series, podcasts, and audiobooks. Crocheting and crafting are also activities I enjoy, and I appreciate humor, good conversations, and honesty. If you share my interests, that is a big plus! As I am bedridden and have a paralysis, I need help and support in my daily life. It is important that you can adapt to me and my condition, as some days are better than others. It is also an advantage if you have experience with low-arousal approaches. Communication and interaction will be central parts of the job.  It is easy to get here, I live only 5 minutes away from the train station, which is accessible from the entire region.  

The position is a needs-based employment to cover for the absence of regular staff. This means that there is no fixed schedule, and the job requires you to be flexible and able to step in at short notice.

No day is the same, so it is important that you are a flexible and accommodating person. A large part of your tasks will consist of being a social support and helping to create and maintain a pleasant and orderly home environment according to my wishes. Assisting me with personal hygiene will also be a central part of your work.

I am looking for someone who is a flexible and organized person. You are mature and preferably have experience or relevant education in care and support – this is a merit but not a requirement. It is important that we get along well, so great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability. You should be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, as you may need to speak on my behalf in various contexts. Treating others with dignity and respect, as well as having a good understanding of people's varying needs, are also important qualities.

Needs-based employment to cover for regular staff's illness and absence. The assistance needs extend over all hours of the day, including nights with on-call duty. Working hours require flexibility and may include weekend work. Before you start working, you will have an orientation where you can see how the work functions and assess if the role suits you.
