Job Coach Wanted for Employment Preparation Activities;

Conexi conducts employment preparation activities for adults on the autism spectrum, including collaboration with IKEA. The focus is on individual development and the opportunity for independence. We are further developing our operations and are looking for a person who, together with our team, can contribute to the expansion and development of our operations at IKEA Linköping.

Your tasks will include mapping employees' resources and needs in order to find suitable work tasks. The position also involves mapping work tasks for individuals performed in collaboration with IKEA. The goal is to create strategies and tools for a developing and independent working life. You will also seek new placements in the business world. Throughout the year, the focus will be on expanding our business placements where you will have significant responsibility in collaboration with other colleagues. The work is carried out based on the individual's wishes and needs, which requires the ability to adapt and change continuously.

The operations are conducted at IKEA Linköping and at other business locations in the industry. As a job coach, you will work in the operations alongside individuals and IKEA staff, as well as with staff at the workplace where the individual is placed. A strong focus is placed on individual development and the opportunity for independence. All work is individually tailored. We actively work together with evaluations, goal follow-ups, and a clear vision for the future.

Qualifications for the position:

Experience with autism spectrum disorders.

Education as a treatment assistant/social pedagogue, support pedagogue, occupational therapist, social worker, or other equivalent education.

Experience in implementing interventions with the target group within neuropsychiatric diagnoses is an advantage.

You need to be well-versed in documentation in digital systems and working with the Office suite.

A valid driver's license (B) is desirable.

You have the ability to plan and carry out your work independently but in collaboration with individuals, IKEA, businesses, and authorities. You are motivated by working in processes, working towards set goals, and contributing to people's development. As a person, you are proactive, independent, solution-focused, and responsible. You are also social, enjoy making new contacts, and can be flexible and adaptable in your approach as you meet many different people in various business settings.

Working Hours/Duration

Permanent position starting June 2.

Working hours 87.5% daytime - Monday to Friday.

According to agreement.
