Within the Health and Care Administration, approximately 400 employees work, offering social services, elderly care, support for people with disabilities, and municipal health care. The administration meets citizens in various life situations, from young to old, and a continuous balance is made between economy, quality, work environment, and the different operations.

We are looking for a student assistant for the administration who is interested in working with cross-administrative investigation assignments or development assignments related to one of our operational areas: authority exercise, elderly care, labor market initiatives, or support for people with disabilities. Examples of tasks could include following up on working methods based on goal fulfillment or mapping needs for target groups as a basis for operational development. There are great opportunities to adapt the assignment according to your skills and areas of interest.

We are looking for someone studying a university program in social work, behavioral science, public health, political science, systems science, or education in health and medical care. You should start your final year of studies in the fall of 2025. It is an advantage if you have experience working in health and care or social work.

We see that you have a good ability to plan and organize your work independently. You have the ability to write clearly, concisely, and well-structured, and you can adapt your texts based on the intended target audience. We also see that it is important that you enjoy working in a team with others.

About the employment: As a student assistant, you have a temporary employment and can work up to 25%. The employment lasts during your final year of studies (September 2025 to June 2026). As a student assistant, you will be assigned a supervisor in the organization and will belong to a regional network.
