About the position

At Olivia Personal Assistance, we are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant for our client in Sturefors, 20 minutes from central Linköping. You will be offered to work as a substitute as needed, with the possibility of a permanent position of 50-70% in the long run.

The working hours are scheduled as follows:

On weekdays:

• 07:00 - 16:30
• 16:30 - 22:30

On weekends:

• 07:00 - 13:30

We are primarily looking for someone who can work day shifts on weekdays. Start date is according to agreement, and we would like to see that you can begin training immediately.

About the client

The client is a 39-year-old man living in a house with his wife and two small children. He has a strong interest in sports and other social activities. Our client needs your help as an assistant in his daily life due to an acquired spinal cord injury.

In the client's daily life, the following tasks include:

• The assistant accompanies the client to his work and assists as needed
• Picking up the children from school
• Transfers, assistance, personal care, and household chores
• Activities and socializing with the family

Are you the one the client is looking for?

We are looking for someone who is attentive, proactive, solution-oriented, and engaged, as great importance is placed on personal suitability. Furthermore, the client prefers female applicants.

REQUIREMENTS:

• No smoking during working hours
• Fluent written and spoken Swedish

Merits:

• Driver's license and access to a car
• Experience working as a personal assistant
• Experience with children

Employment level: Substitute as needed, with the possibility of a permanent position

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
