We are currently seeking an experienced and self-driven IT technician for a consulting assignment to strengthen the client's team and ensure an efficient and well-functioning digital workplace. In this role, you will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and delivery of IT services as well as providing user support in a dynamic office environment.

Education:

• High school education in IT or other relevant technical education.

We believe you will succeed in this role if you have:

• Several years of work experience in the operation and delivery of IT services.
• Solid experience in driving, maintaining, and delivering IT services in a modern digital workplace environment.
• Experience in providing on-site user support in an office environment.
• Experience working with an IT service management system.
• Experience managing IT services according to ITIL.
• Experience in client management within Windows and ChromeOS.
• Experience with ConfigMgr and Active Directory.

Other requirements:

• Driver's license B.
• Access to a car for work purposes (mileage compensation).
