What will you work with?

We offer a range of services within the service industry, such as receptionist and office host. Common to all roles is delivering world-class service! We are looking for a cheerful and outgoing person with a strong sense of structure and order. You are fearless, love meeting new people, and thrive in a flexible role with varied tasks. You will be the natural contact for operational issues regarding office management and are responsible for ensuring that our delivery is performed efficiently and with a service focus.

Some examples of tasks:

• Receive and welcome visitors and guests at a high-class level
• Handle incoming calls and emails
• Maintain good relationships with customers
• Ensure the office is in top condition and actively work on improvements and finding solutions
• Plan and execute daily operational tasks such as office service, ensuring coffee and fruit are stocked, and mail is received
• Some administration such as following up and managing fault reports

Who are you?

To thrive with us, we see that you are:

• Welcoming and service-minded
• A quick learner, unpretentious, and solution-oriented
• Fluent in speaking and writing Swedish and English to communicate with customers and guests
• Experienced with the Office suite and have an easy time adapting to new digital systems
• For certain roles, experience in customer service and/or a B driver's license is an advantage

Additional information and contact details:

• Employment type: Hourly employment/fixed-term employment at 100% full time. Summer period temporary employment with varying needs depending on the role between June – August 2025.
• Working hours: Weekdays during office hours between 7 AM - 6 PM, depending on the position
