Gotlandshem is the largest landlord on the island, and in the coming years, we will continue to maintain a high pace. We are now looking for someone with knowledge and experience in finance and accounting who wants to be part of the ongoing development of our operations, guided by efficiency, quality, and sustainability.

About your tasks

We are looking for a committed and meticulous accounting manager who wants to take a comprehensive approach to our finances. In this role, you will primarily be the process leader for the accounting process. You will be responsible for ongoing bookkeeping, monthly and annual financial statements, and you will have a team of accounting assistants to support you. You will be a resource for the entire organization in accounting-related matters and an important asset in budget and forecasting work. You will work closely with our CFO and have the opportunity to influence and develop our financial processes. Your tasks will also include responsibility for VAT and tax declarations, as well as analysis and reporting of financial data. You will also have contact with authorities and auditors.

About you

We place great importance on personal suitability. We prefer that you are an analytical person who appreciates order and structure. You are also skilled at collaborating, communicating, and providing feedback to ensure high quality in our work. For us, this means that you have the ability to see solutions and work with the whole without missing the details. You are independent and take initiative.

You have a degree in finance with relevant further education and are well-versed in accounting principles and tax legislation. In addition, you have several years of experience in qualified accounting work. Experience in group and component accounting is a merit.
