In the HR support unit, we currently have about 20 employees; HR specialists, recruiters, HR administrators, system administrators, system managers, and HR communicators. Our mission is to provide consultative support in relevant issues to all managers in Region Gotland and to provide qualitative and operational HR support. The unit also works on continuous improvements of the HR organization's processes and participates in prioritized development projects. Right now, we are focusing on digitalization, restructuring, sustainable staffing, close managerial support, and good support systems.

We are a unit whose mission is constantly growing as our expertise is in demand across all operations in the region. We continuously review our working methods to find new solutions that facilitate the work for the region's managers and employees.

We now have a need to strengthen our team with new colleagues. We are looking for two permanent positions, and there may also be opportunities for temporary positions.

The role also includes work and participation in various forums such as management and collaboration groups, and you need to be comfortable training different target groups.

Working as an HR specialist with us means you will have a great deal of personal responsibility in your daily work and the trust to plan and influence how you structure your workday. You will work in a dynamic HR organization surrounded by knowledgeable colleagues with great expertise who are eager to celebrate successes and share knowledge with you.

For one of our positions, we are looking for someone with a particular interest in workplace environment issues. In this role, you will support our managers in rehabilitation cases but also be an important part of our work with health factors. You will also work with all different aspects of systematic workplace environment work, developing and conducting various training initiatives in the area of workplace environment.
