The Role of HR Partner

As an HR partner, you will be a key player in our organization. You will work broadly within HR and serve as an operational support for our managers and employees. The role is varied and gives you the chance to combine both operational and strategic HR issues.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Operational HR support to managers – Support managers in personnel issues, labor law, working environment, and employee engagement

• Recruitment and onboarding – Responsible for the entire recruitment process and ensuring that new employees get a really good start with us

• Training and development – Plan and conduct training to develop our leaders and strengthen their HR competence

• Work environment and health – Support in the systematic work environment efforts (SAM) and collaborate with occupational health services during rehabilitation

• HR administration and projects – Manage personnel administration and drive smaller HR projects such as employee surveys and diversity work

Is this you?

We are looking for someone who has:

• A relevant university degree in HR or personnel science

• 1–2 years of experience in HR work, preferably in a manufacturing or food-based business

• Good knowledge of labor law, collective agreements, and union cooperation

• Experience with HR systems and good knowledge of MS Office

• Engaged and curious about developing within HR

• Relationship-building and responsive to both managers and employees

• Solution-oriented with a structured working method

• Flexible and unpretentious – you find it easy to prioritize and handle both operational and strategic issues
