Service and Diagnostics/Medical Secretaries

Medical secretaries within specialist care in the health and medical care administration are divided into two units; the unit for medical specialties/Emergency Department/Psychiatry/Rehabilitation and the unit for medical secretaries within surgical specialties/Radiology/ICU.

We are now looking for medical secretaries for summer positions.

Your Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities include printing medical records in the TakeCare journal system, diagnosis registration, and other administrative healthcare tasks, cash register operations, invoicing, and in some cases, reception work.

The tasks vary depending on which unit you work in as described above.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone who is a trained medical secretary. You have a good command of the Swedish language and solid knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite. Experience working in the TakeCare journal system is an advantage.

Before a hiring decision is made, a background check will be conducted through an extract from the criminal record.
