We are looking for an engaged and structured part-time administrator/informant who wants a varied and social job at one of our vaccination buses. You will be an important part of the team and support the nurse with administrative tasks and providing information to patients. The position is 1-2 days a week, more as needed.

What does the job entail?

• Administrative support – manage bookings, payments, and patient information.
• Inform and guide patients – answer questions about vaccinations and assist with registration.
• Coordination at the vaccination bus – ensure everything runs smoothly on site.
• Handling of materials and equipment – help keep the vaccination bus organized.
• A social and varied job – meet people and make a difference every day.
• Working hours - Varied schedule Monday - Sunday
• We are looking for someone who:
• Is service-oriented, positive, and solution-focused.
• Has good organizational skills and enjoys working in a dynamic environment.
• Has experience in administration, customer service, or information work. Meritorious:
• If you have experience driving a bus, RV, or similar.
• If you have experience in health administration or similar tasks.
