The role is a combination of system management and administrative support, where you ensure that the organization’s administrative and digital systems function effectively.

As a system administrator, you will be responsible for ICLD’s application and reporting systems and provide technical user support, both internally and externally. You will handle IT administration, which includes coordination with external IT providers as well as technical support internally and externally. You will also be responsible for the management and development of web-based platforms and contribute to the organization’s internal and external communication.

You have a good understanding of how systems work and are structured, and you quickly familiarize yourself with new digital tools. With good pedagogical skills, you help users become self-sufficient through clear guidance and support.

In your role as an administrator, you will provide both operational and strategic support to the organization by managing administrative processes. This includes planning and coordinating travel logistics, developing and updating routines and guidelines, as well as handling purchases and contracts related to the organization’s operations. Your role will also include coordinating digital events and meetings, ensuring that the technology works smoothly and that the content is presented clearly and professionally.

You have:

• At least a high school education.
• Experience in administrative work, preferably in IT support or another support function.
• Good system understanding and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new digital tools and platforms.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Meritorious:

• Experience in creating clear and user-friendly guides or instructions.
• Experience in managing digital platforms and content management.
• Additional education in IT and communication.
• Additional language skills in Spanish or Ukrainian are an advantage.

Employment form

Permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period, placement in Visby. Start date August 2025. Travel in the job may occur.
