About the position

As an employee at Avarn Security and a security guard, you are our foremost ambassador towards the public and our clients. This entails high demands on both you and your colleagues regarding security awareness, social skills, as well as inner security, willingness to help, and always delivering that little extra in every situation. We have various security assignments where you and your colleagues will work to effectively assist incoming cases related to maintaining order. Who are you?

We are looking for trained security guards who are security-conscious, service-oriented, empathetic, and have inner security and a natural drive to help. You should be a trained security guard with a valid security guard appointment. We also appreciate your ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with others. We are looking for someone with experience working as a security guard and enjoys working with people.

Qualifications

In addition to the personal qualities we are looking for and describe in the various assignments, you need to meet the basic requirements to qualify for the position:

• high school diploma
• good Swedish in spoken and written form
• driver's license B
• completed security guard training with a passing result

You must also be unpunished*, drug-free, have an orderly economy, and good health and fitness to be employed at Avarn Security.
