As a specialist in systems security for airborne products, you will have overall responsibility for ensuring that the systems meet all safety requirements and standards.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Requirements analysis and evaluation: Carefully review and ensure that all requirements are met, especially regarding changes that may affect the system's safety.
• Certification processes: Lead and support the certification work of the systems towards relevant civil authorities, including acting as a point of contact for the end customer in safety and certification matters.
• Documentation and evidence: Compile and document evidence that demonstrates the systems meet established safety requirements, which is crucial for approval and operation.
• Leadership and coordination: Lead and coordinate the work of other team members performing safety analyses, as well as provide support and expertise in safety-related issues.
• Collaboration and communication: Maintain effective communication lines with both internal teams and external customers to ensure that all aspects of systems security are considered and addressed.

This role requires a deep understanding of safety standards within the aviation industry, particularly DO-178 and ARP 4761, as well as experience working with safety-critical systems.
