The position of HR Specialist Employer Branding
As a specialist in employer branding, you will work to ensure that NCC attracts and recruits the right talent for the future. Your overall role is to reach out to our students and thus future employees through social media, events, and lectures at universities, colleges, and high schools primarily in northern Sweden. Further examples of tasks include internal and external communication such as career pages or other employee communications.

You will drive, develop, and manage NCC's strategic program aimed at students at universities, colleges, and high schools, which are important focus areas in our strategy for future talent supply.

The main geographical area for this position is northern Sweden, but you will also be involved in development projects that concern the whole of Sweden and even the Nordics. Much of the work is done in close collaboration with your local HR partners, recruiters, and communicators.

Your Profile as HR Specialist Employer Branding
You have a university degree with a focus on HR and experience working with employer branding. This is an operational role and suits you if you enjoy organizing and coordinating events, creating networks, working with social media, and want to develop within employer branding.

It is important that you can work independently as well as in a team and know how to prioritize and complete tasks in a systematic way. Since you are our face to both students and other stakeholders, it is important that you thrive in an outward-facing role and feel that you can sympathize with NCC's behaviors and values.

Additional information
The position is a temporary contract until 2026-08-26. Location is Luleå or Piteå. Travel is required in this role. This position is subject to background checks in accordance with NCC's safety culture.
