We are now looking for a receptionist for Doktor.se Gällivare Health Center who wants to join us on the journey towards the future of primary care! You will work patient-centered in a team where close collaboration and high-quality care are top priorities.

About the role

The work as a receptionist is varied and stimulating. As a receptionist, you are the first person our patients meet, where a friendly reception and good service to our patients are highly valued. The position also includes other commonly occurring administrative tasks. We work with the Cosmic journal system.

About you

As a person, you are solution-oriented, care about good service and reception for our patients. We also see that you are clear, attentive, and passionate about making a difference together with your colleagues. We are looking for someone with the following qualifications:

• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Basic IT skills
• Good teamwork skills and a flexible approach
• You have developed social skills, are engaged, and contribute to a good work climate
• You are attentive, both to your colleagues and to patients
• You enjoy working both independently and in a team
• You feel secure in your professional role
• It is an advantage if you are a nursing assistant
